Our candidate selection works on a set of exacting requirements similar to those that you will find if you have applied to a top tier consulting organisation.
Of all the CVs we receive we retain the top 5% of candidates.
However, unlike those consultancies, for us, educational background and possession of an MBA qualification are not a pre-requisite to our selection process. We look for candidates who can:
- demonstrate exceptional ability to achieve results in a complex environment undergoing change
- have strong analytical abilities and can work in a hypothesis-driven way to achieve results based on an available fact-base
- are entrepreneurial and commercially-minded
- have a point of view and can take the lead in driving change
- are supportive and team players
